Well, these Steampunk people are definitely an unusual sort. It took some time for me to dig just under the surface of this style that involves much more than fashion. All those highly technical, intricate, retro-futuristic details, and I thought fantasy costumes were complex!
For this I definitely needed some help and guidance. I focused more on the traditional Victorian fashion, and my friends who were deep into Steampunk style provided me with accessories to go with the clothing. I prepared different costumes and individual elements for a few special photo shootings, where models participated in a staged photo story. Other costumes were used by Evenstar members while participating on various events.
